Cannot maintain
In a paranoid state

These thoughts don’t seem to fade
They keep coming
Mind keeps running
Can’t go away,
GO AWAY!!
Abusive, intrusive
Taking over
Lucky I’m sober
Getting older
But  still disturbed
Absurd

Voices in my mind
